DETAILING DESCRIPTION
Deliver top-tier vehicle detailing services that exceed client expectations and uphold Premier's high standards of cleanliness, finish, and presentation. Make sure vehicles reflect the pride we take in our craftsmanship by performing both interior and exterior detailing with precision and care.
Maintain a clean, professional workspace and follow best practices for safety and efficiency.
Conduct full-service detailing including hand washes, paint correction, polishing, interior deep cleaning, ceramic coating application, and more. Work closely with the paint, body, and customer service teams to create a seamless service and timely vehicle delivery. Communicate clearly with teammates about vehicle progress and uphold a standard of excellence with every job.

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Collision Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a strong understanding of both insurance and custom repair estimating.
ESTIMATOR DESCRIPTION
Deliver accurate, transparent repair estimates that reflect Premier’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship. Guide clients through the repair process with professionalism, making them feeling both informed and confident during every step.
Assess vehicle damage with precision, prepare detailed estimates, and collaborate with technicians, painters, and parts staff to create efficient repair plans. Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and insurance partners for approvals and delivery.
Keep your workspace organized, uphold safety, and bring pride to every estimate you write. Combined with a strong desire for teamwork and efficacy, you will play a key role in showcasing our core value of "every detail matters".
